Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community in Moncks Corner, SC. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

An on-site position requiring a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Industry-standard safety practices apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance; respond to requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units.
• Maintain and repair community features to ensure safety and compliance.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Assist with the make-ready process and unit turnover.
• Maintain the maintenance shop and inventory, adhering to safety standards.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
