Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician in Moncks Corner, SC. You will keep the community’s grounds safe, organized, and well-stocked, interacting with residents to ensure timely service requests and inspections are completed to high standards.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, equipment organization, and assisting with new home deliveries. OSHA standards adherence and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Driver’s license in state required.
• OSHA certification a plus; industry trainings valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental inventory through preventative maintenance, work orders, and home refurbishments.
• Keep community grounds, common areas, and vacant lots clean and free of debris.
• Respond to service requests and inspections promptly and safely.
• Read water meters, identify leaks, and address issues within the community.
• Assist in new home delivery and setup; report warranty or follow-up work.
• Attend team and safety meetings and uphold OSHA standards.
