Job summary

Elwyn seeks a Program Supervisor responsible for the overall management of identified community residential service locations, including supervision of all assigned staff, medications oversight, and ISP outcomes.

The role requires coordinating training, ensuring compliance with licensing standards, and maintaining high safety and quality across sites. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential to support individuals and teams effectively.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or human services preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience in residential programs for people with disabilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to train and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee everyday operations of identified residential sites and supervise staff to meet ISP outcomes.
• Ensure training compliance and credentialing; schedule trainings in LMS.
• Manage medication administration processes and MAR documentation.
• Coordinate scheduling, transportation, and community outings with the OM.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards across sites.
