Job summary

Elwyn seeks a Program Supervisor to manage identified community residential sites, supervise staff, oversee medication administration, and ensure safety and quality standards. The role includes coordinating staff training, scheduling, and documentation, while supporting ISP outcomes and client rights in a dynamic, client-centered environment.

You will collaborate with Operations leadership to maintain compliance, drive continuous improvement, and foster a learning culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in business or human services or related field.
• Experience in residential programs for people with disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff at identified community residential locations.
• Ensure training, credentialing, and safety standards are met and documented.
• Oversee medication administration, MAR updates, and related paperwork.
• Coordinate daily operations, scheduling, and transportation to medical appointments.
• Support ISP outcomes, care plans, and client rights with the team.
