Job summary

Elwyn in Secane, PA is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead a residential service location, supervise staff, oversee medications, and ensure safety and quality of care.

You will coordinate training, implement ISP outcomes, manage daily operations, and maintain licensing compliance while supporting individuals’ goals.

Work with the Operations Manager and Program Specialist to optimize staffing, document progress, and drive continuous improvement in a compassionate, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's in business or human services preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential programs for people with disabilities.
• Strong communication, training, and delegation skills.
• Experience with electronic records a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the residential site including staff orientation and supervision.
• Ensure medication administration and documentation compliance.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards at the site.
• Coordinate training, ISP implementation, and monthly reporting.
