Job summary

Elwyn seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee residential locations, guide staff, and ensure high-quality person-centered care. You will supervise staff, manage medications, and support ISP outcomes while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

With strong leadership and communication skills, you will collaborate with the Operations Manager and Program Specialist to maintain quality, plan activities, and ensure consistent service delivery for individuals supported by Elwyn.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in residential programs for people with disabilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
• Must possess a current, valid driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of identified community residential locations.
• Supervise staff orientation, training, and schedule adherence.
• Ensure medication administration and MAR documentation are correctly followed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with licensing standards.
• Coordinate care plans and ISP outcomes with the Operations Manager and Program Specialist.
• Support transportation and scheduling for medical appointments.
