Elwyn seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee residential program locations, supervise staff, and coordinate ISP outcomes. The role includes medication oversight, training coordination, and ensuring safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance across sites.

Responsibilities span daily operations, staff development, documentation, and collaboration with Operations Manager and Program Specialist to support individuals in community-based residential services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Two years of experience in residential programs for people with disabilities preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to program needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and ISPs to ensure outcomes and safety.
• Provide feedback and guidance to LSAs and staff.
• Ensure training/compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
• Manage medication administration and documentation.
• Coordinate program activities, schedules, and client records.
