Elwyn New Jersey is seeking an Operations Manager to lead residential CLP services, ensuring high-quality ISP-driven supports and regulatory compliance. You will supervise staff, coordinate services, and train teams to deliver person-centered care.

The role emphasizes program oversight, medication practicum participation, and collaboration with families and health professionals to optimize individual outcomes. A strong leadership background in IDD and nonprofit settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience in IDD field with related education or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Proven supervisory experience and ability to lead teams.
• Experience with unionized environments and non-profit settings.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned staff across recruitment, leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with CBAs within a unionized environment and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Interview and hire to build a team aligned with ISP outcomes and client rights.
• Oversee program staffing schedules for consistent coverage.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, safe practices, and regulatory adherence at sites.
• Lead staff meetings, CQI activities, and training for quality services.
• Coordinate ISP development, updates, and BSP in collaboration with the team.
• Manage ISP documentation, plan reviews, and communication with SC.
