Job summary

Elwyn seeks a Program Supervisor to manage identified community residential locations, oversee staff orientation, medications oversight, and daily operations. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance, and maintain records, contributing to safe, person-centered care.

Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Program Specialist to advance ISP outcomes, support training initiatives, and ensure quality standards across sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or human services.
• Two years of experience in residential programs for people with disabilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead interview input and staff supervision to meet ISP outcomes.
• Oversee medication administration and MAR documentation.
• Schedule staff training and ensure 24 hours of training annually.
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with licensing standards.
• Support transportation scheduling and client outings as directed.
