Job summary
Elwyn in Fremont, CA seeks a Program Administrator to oversee 24/7 residential operations and supervise staff with strong regulatory knowledge. The role coordinates with Regional Center, DDS, and families to ensure compliant service delivery and safe environments.
The ideal candidate has experience in licensed residential services, relevant certifications or degrees, and demonstrates leadership, budgeting, and program planning skills to support individuals with developmental disabilities.
Qualifications
- Experience administering licensed residential services to people with developmental disabilities for at least one year.
- Complete 35-hour administrator certification program or hold an RN license or LNH administrator credential or relevant bachelor’s degree with related experience.
- Ability to meet trainings required by regulations and pass background checks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee administration and supervision for 24/7 residential homes.
- Coordinate program with Regional Center and DDS.
- Ensure health care plan implementation and regulatory compliance.
- Hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage budget and expenses.
- Maintain communication with families, executive director, and partners.
- On-call responsibility as part of duties.
