Job summary

Elwyn seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Children's Residential Treatment Facility. You will lead Autism Behavior Support Specialists, ensure implementation of behavior support plans, schedules, and documentation, and provide on-the-floor leadership.

You'll coordinate staffing, supervise performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a safe, structured environment for residents.

Qualifications

• ABA experience required.
• Two years' experience with special needs children/adolescents, preferably on the autism spectrum.
• Residential service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in data collection and behavioral protocols.
• Must have a valid driver's license in the US and three years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned units within the Children's Residential Treatment Facility.
• Create daily program plans and ensure they are scheduled and followed.
• Maintain client daily schedules and communication protocols (PECS, AAC, sign language).
• Provide supervision and training to ABSS staff, including onboarding and ongoing development.
• Lead incident response and ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
