Reading Home & Community Supportive Services in Reading, PA, is seeking a Residential Program Supervisor / Program Specialist to oversee community homes for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. The role combines administration and hands-on supervision to ensure person-centered, safe supports.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher with at least one year of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism; or
• Associate degree or at least 60 college credit hours with at least four years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of community homes serving adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.
• Provide administrative and program oversight and supervise residential staff.
• Coordinate ISPs, individual assessments, and service plans.
• Ensure services meet ISP requirements and rights protections.
• Maintain compliance with Pennsylvania Chapter 6400 and ODP standards.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in an on-call rotation.
