Milestone Centers Inc. is seeking a Program Specialist in Wilkinsburg to oversee ISP development, reviews, and service coordination for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role supports the IDA Residential program and collaborates with DSPs, plan leads, and nurses to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities include monitoring service delivery, facilitating ISP meetings, and training staff on ISPs and safety needs, while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential services for individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
• Ability to coordinate ISPs and functional assessments with team members.
• Familiarity with regulations (ODP PA Chapter 6400) and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor caseload services to ensure needs are identified and reported accurately.
• Coordinate ISP meetings and annual reviews with staff and families.
• Ensure staff training on ISPs and health/safety needs is delivered.
• Complete monthly medication error reviews and MAR documentation.
• Maintain positive relationships with Community Living Managers and Directors.
