Job summary

The Verland Foundation Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Program Specialist to coordinate ISP plans for individuals with IDD in our CLA division.

You will advocate for residents, coordinate services, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with licensing requirements, while providing ongoing staff training and direct support. Qualifications

• Experience coordinating Individual Support Plans (ISP) and working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills to meet licensing requirements.
• Ability to train and supervise DSPs and coordinate services across residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee ISP development, implementation and revisions.
• Complete and manage ISP documentation, reviews, and reporting to licensing authorities.
• Monitor resident progress and coordinate health, safety and service needs.
• Provide on-call coverage as needed and support medical appointments and follow-ups.
• Deliver ongoing training to staff on ISP processes, health and safety matters.
