Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Program Specialist to coordinate treatment for residents in a Berwyn, PA program. You will collaborate with the clinical treatment team, advocate for individualized care, and support the delivery of ISPs.

The role offers a daytime schedule in an office setting. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure services are provided, documented, and compliant with state and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Two (2) years’ experience in the Human Services field, working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or TBI.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ability to adhere to established regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills; adaptability to changing demands.
• Proficiency in Word Processing and Database management.
• Valid driver's license; must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate treatment for a caseload of individuals in a residential program.
• Act as liaison between departments to ensure ISP completion and documentation.
• Ensure services identified in the ISP are provided and compliant with funding requirements.
