Responsibilities

• Implement ISP as written and monitor monthly progress.
• Attend ISP meetings and review content for accuracy.
• Oversee ISP implementation and staff training.
• Coordinate services and billing with SC/ODP as needed.
• Communicate changes to the Supports Coordinator and team.
