Job summary

PathWays is seeking a Residential Program Specialist to support adults with intellectual disabilities and Autism in our Washington, PA group homes. You will develop and oversee Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and help residents thrive in a home setting, promoting independence, health, and personal growth.

You will work with the resident’s support team to ensure ISPs are implemented, collaborate on meaningful daily routines, and monitor progress while complying with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Option 1: Associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of experience working directly with individuals with disabilities
• Option 2: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of experience working directly with individuals with disabilities
• Option 3: Master’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university and 1 year of experience working directly with individuals with disabilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee Individual Support Plans (ISPs) for residents
• Collaborate with team members to create meaningful daily routines
• Monitor progress and prepare reports as required by regulations
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Ensure compliance with ODP, OLTL, and DPW regulations
• Step in with hands‑on support when needed to maintain continuity of care
