Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience required.
• Valid driver's license and DMV criteria must be met.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all services for individuals served, including medical appointments, household management, and benefits.
• Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes and develop behavior support strategies.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure thorough training and quality services.
• Monitor staffing hours to ensure proper coverage for all shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals, families, guardians, and the service team.
