Job summary

ViaQuest in Columbus, OH is seeking a Program Manager to oversee residential services for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role focuses on coordinating medical appointments, everyday supports, and community engagement while ensuring high quality care.

The position requires at least 3 years of related experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and supervisory capabilities. On-call responsibilities are included, with a competitive benefits package and paid

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Supervisory or management experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED or higher.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all services and supports for individuals served, including medical appointments and household management.
Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes for individuals served.
Assist in development and implementation of behavior support strategies and training.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure strong communication and customer service.
Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure thorough training and quality service.
Monitor staffing hours to ensure coverage for all shifts and appropriate services.
Provide excellent customer service to individuals served, families/guardians, and county partners.
