Job summary

ViaQuest, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate services and supervise staff across Cuyahoga County.

The role is full-time with on-call requirements, focusing on delivering high-quality supports to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Responsibilities include managing services, staffing, training, and ensuring excellent customer service for individuals, families, guardians, and partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in developmental disabilities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure individuals receive quality services and engage with the community.
• Coordinate and manage all services and supports, including medical appointments and finances.
• Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes.
• Develop and assess behavior support strategies and provide training.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure communication and customer service.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure thorough training.
• Monitor staffing hours to ensure coverage for all shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals, families, the county board, and the team.
