Job summary

ViaQuest is hiring a Residential Services Program Manager in Ohio. The role oversees coordination of services for individuals with developmental disabilities, supervising Direct Support Professionals and ensuring quality care.

Responsibilities include collaboration with the care team, use of behavior support strategies, and maintaining exceptional customer service for clients and families. On-site role with full-time hours and on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in developmental disabilities or related field.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure individuals receive quality services and are engaged with the community.
• Coordinate and manage services and supports including medical appointments and benefits.
• Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes for individuals served.
• Assist in development of behavior support strategies and train staff on implementation.
• Collaborate with service team to ensure clear communication and customer service.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure thorough training and quality service.
• Monitor staffing hours to ensure appropriate services and shift coverage.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals, families/guardians, and county board.
