Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services seeks a Program Manager to coordinate and oversee services for individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes, ensuring quality care and strong community engagement in the Dayton area.

The role requires supervisory experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, including medical appointments, household tasks, and behavior support strategies. Full-time with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities or related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent decision-making and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all services and supports for the individuals served, including medical appointments, household management, behavior management, financial services, benefits, etc.
• Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes for individuals served.
• Assist in the development of behavior support strategies and ensure implementation, including providing training and assessing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with all members of the individuals’ service team to ensure great communication and customer service is in place.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure thorough training and quality service.
• Monitor staffing hours to ensure appropriate services and coverage for all shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals served, families/guardians, the county board, and all service team members.
