Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services in Youngstown, OH is hiring a Full Time on-call role to coordinate and supervise direct support for individuals with developmental disabilities. A $48,000 per year salary accompanies a comprehensive benefits package and paid training.

Responsibilities include coordinating services, implementing behavior support strategies, and ensuring top-notch customer service. A high school diploma with 3 years of field experience is required; higher degrees are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in developmental disabilities required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure individuals served receive quality services and are engaged with the community.
• Coordinate and manage all services and supports for individuals served, including medical appointments, household management, and benefits.
• Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes for individuals served.
• Assist in developing behavior support strategies and ensure implementation and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure excellent communication and customer service.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure thorough training and high-quality service.
• Monitor staffing hours to provide appropriate services and coverage for all shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals served, families/guardians, the county board, and all service team members.
