Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in developmental disabilities required.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Supervisory or management experience required.
• Valid Driver's License with MVR meeting ViaQuest criteria.

Responsibilities

• Ensure individuals served receive quality services and community engagement.
• Coordinate and manage services for individuals, including medical, household, and supports.
• Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes.
• Develop and implement behavior support strategies; train and assess effectiveness.
• Collaborate with service team for communication and customer service.
