Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services in Canton, OH is seeking a full-time position with on-call requirements. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering quality supports to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure excellent service to clients and families.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Supervisory or management experience.
Excellent decision-making and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure individuals receive quality services and are engaged with the community.
Coordinate and manage all services and supports for individuals served, including medical appointments and finances.
Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes for individuals served.
Develop and assess behavior support strategies and train teams.
Collaborate with service team to ensure clear communication and customer service.
Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure thorough training.
Monitor staffing hours to provide appropriate services and coverage for all shifts.
Provide excellent customer service to individuals, families/guardians, county board, and service team.
