Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage services for individuals served, including medical appointments and household management.
• Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes for individuals served.
• Develop and assess behavior support strategies and provide training.
• Collaborate with service team to ensure clear communication and customer service.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure thorough training.
• Monitor staffing hours to ensure coverage for all shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals, families, county board, and service team.
