Job summary

ResCare Community Living, a part of Sevita, seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee ISP implementation, staff coordination, and direct support for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role emphasizes supervision, scheduling, and community engagement.

You will supervise Caregivers, assist with daily activities, medication administration, and transport needs while maintaining compliance with regulations and delivering person-centered services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year related work experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver’s license, car registration and auto insurance required.
• Other licensure or certification as required by regulation.
• Excellent communication skills to establish rapport with staff and those we serve.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage staffing and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and assist with staff hiring, training, scheduling and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Support individuals with daily activities including meals, medication, and personal care.
• Balance direct support with professional and program activities and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement and provide transportation to work or activities.
