Job summary

Community Resources for Justice in Massachusetts seeks an individual to assist the Program Manager in directing a residential program, supervising staff, and ensuring shifts run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily programmatic functions, maintaining records, implementing behavior plans and ISP objectives, training new employees, managing client funds, dispensing medications per MAP, ensuring coverage, and participating in meetings while upholding professional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in human services preferred.
• Minimal travel required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily programmatic functions and oversee staff.
• Maintain complete and compliant client records.
• Develop and implement behavior plans and ISP objectives.
• Assist in the training of new employees.
• Manage program funds and supervise client finances.
• Dispense medications per MAP requirements.
• Ensure adequate program coverage and safe supervision.
• Attend meetings and respond to urgent issues.
• Perform physical restraints as needed.
• Support a clean and orderly residence.
• Extended standing, sitting and lifting as needed.
