Job summary

The Program Manager at Next Steps Community Services oversees an adult residential program, coordinating with area agencies, families, guardians, and external health professionals to ensure high-quality services. You lead a team to support individuals with developmental disabilities and ensure program compliance.

You will monitor overall health and wellness, help residents reach personal goals, and ensure timely, accurate documentation and licensing adherence across the program.

Qualifications

• Previous Experience Required
• High School Diploma, or G.E.D.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be willing to complete a criminal background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Oversee an adult residential program and provide direct liaison with Area Agencies, families, guardians, and external health professionals.
• Ensure overall physical and mental health and wellness of individuals and help them attain their goals.
• Ensure highest possible quality of services and adherence to certification and licensing requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely program and client documentation.
