Northeast Residence Inc. seeks a Program Manager to direct daily operations in a community-based residential program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will oversee medical, financial, social, and emotional needs, coordinating with families and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services. Responsibilities include supervising Direct Support Professionals, ensuring licensing compliance, and driving program improvements while maintaining budgets and safety

Qualifikationen

• Four-year degree in social services or related field with 1 year of full-time relevant experience, or two-year degree with 2+ years in the field.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Flexible full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Provide supervisory oversight, technical guidance, and feedback to staff.
• Lead program operations and ensure licensing compliance.
• Plan, implement and evaluate programs and services.
• Assist with all areas of individuals' programs including activities of daily living and transportation.
• Maintain documentation and participate in licensing inspections.
