Job summary

Opportunity Partners seeks a Program Manager to assist residents with daily living in supported environments. You will guide staff to develop residents’ social and personal skills for independent living in the community.

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience is required.
• A designated coordinator may have a bachelor’s degree in human services, education, health, or equivalent.
• Minimum 50 hours of education and training related to human services education or health; four years of direct care experience may substitute for some education.

Responsibilities

• Manage Assistant Program Managers and staff within two residential homes.
• Oversee program plans for persons served.
• Manage finances and budget for the homes and individuals.
• Train staff on how to support our people served.
• Complete documentation for meal plans, medications, etc., within our systems.
• Hire and train Direct Support Professionals for our homes.
• Create and manage Direct Support Schedules.
