Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience is required.
• A designated coordinator may have a bachelor’s degree in human services, education, or health and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services.
• A designated coordinator may have an associate degree in a related field and two years of full-time relevant experience.
• A diploma in a related field with three years of full-time experience in care or education.
• Minimum 50 hours of related education/training and four years of direct care work experience under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage Assistant Program Managers and staff within two residential homes.
• Oversee program plans for persons served.
• Manage finances and budget for the homes and individuals.
• Train staff how to support our people served.
• Complete documentation on meal plans, medication administration, and more in our systems.
• Hire and train Direct Support Professionals for our homes.
• Create and manage Direct Support Schedules.
