Job summary

Next Steps Community Services LLC in Effingham, NH, is seeking a Residential Program Manager to oversee an adult residential program serving individuals with developmental disabilities. You will act as the primary liaison with Area Agencies, families, guardians, and external providers, ensuring quality services and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has prior Direct Care or supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to person-centered, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Previous Experience Required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be willing to complete a criminal background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Oversee an adult residential program providing support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Serve as liaison between Next Steps and funding sources, families, guardians, and external providers.
• Ensure overall health and wellness of individuals and help them achieve goals.
• Ensure compliance with certification and licensing requirements.
• Complete program and client documentation accurately and timely.
