Job summary

Next Steps Community Services is seeking a Program Manager to oversee an adult residential program. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals and Team Leaders, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care and compliance with licensing.

You will coordinate with Area Agencies, families, guardians, and health professionals, support individuals to reach their goals, and model compassionate, safe, and collaborative leadership in a group home setting in Effingham, NH.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in the United States.
• At least 21 years old and willing to complete a criminal background check.
• Experience in human services or direct care roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an adult residential program and ensure high-quality, person-centered services.
• Coordinate with Area Agencies, families/guardians, and external health professionals.
• Ensure overall health and wellness of individuals and support attainment of their goals.
• Maintain licensing compliance and complete program documentation accurately and timely.
