Job summary

Community Options, Inc. in Washington, PA seeks an experienced Residential Program Manager to lead a team delivering person‑centered supports for individuals with developmental disabilities.

You will supervise staff, ensure shifts are covered, and foster a safe, respectful living environment. You will manage ISP/PCP compliance, coordinate activities, communicate with families, monitor health and medications, and document progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ full-time work experience supporting people with disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Knowledge of state regulatory agency operations and standards relevant to supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Employment contingent on criminal background, central registry, child abuse registry, and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules and ensure shifts are adequately staffed.
• Lead team performance through communication, training, and staff meetings.
• Develop and implement activity programs including the Meaningful Day curriculum.
• Communicate with families and guardians as needed.
• Ensure ISP/PCP‑driven support, including medication management and meal planning.
• Complete program documentation and billable records accurately and timely.
• Monitor health and medical needs of individuals and report concerns.
• Manage relationships with families and guardians.
• Maintain clean, stocked work locations and vehicles.
• Cooperate with license and department staff during inspections.
