Job summary

Behavioral Health Allies seeks a Program Manager for its Community Living division. You will be the frontline leader in assigned residential homes, ensuring quality of care, staff performance, compliance, safety, and culture. You’ll supervise DSPs and Shift Supervisors, embed ABA principles, and partner with clinical teams to deliver in-home services.

The role emphasizes staff training, retention, service quality, regulatory compliance, and running well‑managed homes 24/7.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience required (4 years minimum)
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in residential services, HCBS programs, or supporting individuals with complex behavioral or developmental needs preferred
• Experience working with challenging behaviors required
