Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification as required.
• Bachelor's degree with coursework in ABA and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation including E-Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Mentor supervisees and uphold ethical and clinical standards.
