This role requires active state licensure or BCaBA certification, strong clinical judgment, and leadership. You will collaborate with regional teams, manage scheduling and staffing, ensure documentation, and uphold ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all documentation including E-Sign, post-hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
