The Assistant Program Manager will implement BH Residential Services' mission, oversee residential services, and coordinate a range of programmatic administrative or clinical tasks under supervision.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 1 year experience.
• H.S. Diploma/GED and 2 years related experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
• Ability to read English and communicate effectively in the primary language of the program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of treatment plans and attend meetings.
• Document progress towards treatment plans.
• Perform interventions addressing identified goals to develop skills.
• Provide linkage with other program staff and service providers.
• Communicate progress, mental status, and daily notes.
• Provide guidance, role modeling, and supervision to persons served.
• Participate in or facilitate group work as delegated.
• Identify and address community integration issues for persons served.
• Monitor and document medication administration.
• Perform and coordinate clinical and administrative responsibilities as delegated.
• Train direct care staff in responsibilities for their role.
• Supervise overnight staff as delegated by supervisor.
• Provide coordination and leadership to program team during shifts, vacations, or leave.
• Ensure a clean, safe and home-like living environment for persons served.
• Remain attentive during scheduled shifts and meet timelines for paperwork and trainings.
