Job summary

Behavioral Health Allies is seeking a Program Manager for its Community Living division to lead residential homes, ensuring high‑quality care, staff performance, safety, and a positive culture. The PM is embedded in homes and supervises DSPs and Shift Supervisors, driving staff training and ABA‑based programming in partnership with the clinical team.

The role emphasizes staff development, regulatory compliance, and building stable, high‑performing teams in a 24/7, residential setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience required (4 years minimum).
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in residential services, HCBS programs, or supporting individuals with complex behavioral or developmental needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly leads, trains, and supervises DSPs and Shift Supervisors.
• On‑site leadership to ensure staffing ratios and coverage.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure ABA‑based programming within homes.
• Partner with clinical team to ensure quality and safety.
• Conduct routine audits and ensure documentation is audit‑ready.
• Promote dignity, trauma‑informed leadership and continuous improvement.
