Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth in a dynamic clinical setting.

The role requires active licensure or BCaBA, a bachelor’s in ABA with 12 units, and supervisory ABA experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is encouraged to apply, with strong leadership and regulatory compliance a must.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification as required by location.
• Bachelor’s degree with twelve semester units in ABA and 1 year supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy/regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor and mentor supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold licensure and certification standards in practice.
