Qualifications

• Active licensure or BCaBA/ higher certification as required by state.
• Bachelor's degree with at least twelve ABA-related units and supervisory experience.
• Experience designing or overseeing behavior modification interventions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification.
