Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• BCaBA or higher certification.
• Bachelor's degree and 12 ABA units completed.
• One year of supervisory ABA experience in designing/overseeing interventions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies/regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
