Job summary

PBS Corp. seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and staff development. You will lead program implementation, coordinate with regional teams, and maintain compliance with licensure and internal standards.

The role supports professional growth, emphasizes ethical practice, and requires active licensure or BCaBA certification and supervisory ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and 1 year supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

12 semester units in applied behavior analysis
