Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Valid Maine driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write and communicate proficiently in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily living of the individuals supported.
• Manage a team of Direct Support Professionals, coordinating schedules and training.
• Ensure daily documentation is being completed by the staff.

Skills

Experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities

Proficient in English language

Ability to lift, push, pull 50 lbs

Education

High School diploma
