Job summary

Northeast Residential Services is seeking a Program Manager to lead our Residential Team in Lisbon Falls, ME. You will supervise a team of Direct Support Professionals, ensure daily living activities, documentation, and compliance with care plans.

The role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants, generous PTO, holidays, health coverage, and a 401K. Must have 2+ years IDD experience and a valid Maine driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2+ years of experience working with adults with IDD.
• Valid Maine driver's license required.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily living of individuals, including personal care and community involvement.
• Lead a team of Direct Support Professionals; manage schedules and training.
• Ensure staff complete daily documentation with quality.
• Maintain program books and perform monthly audits.
• Communicate regularly with Case Managers, Guardians, Staff, and Supervisors.
• Ensure medications are maintained and logged.
• Align with individual goals, care plans, and behavior plans.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of homes; report issues.
• Manage scheduling, callouts, and payroll timesheets.
• Be on-call nights and weekends.

Skills

Valid Maine driver's license

Ability to read/write English

Ability to lift 50lbs
