Job summary

Lifeworks, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Residential Program Manager to oversee services for adults with ID/DD in our residential program.

The role combines hands-on caregiving with staff leadership and program administration in a nonprofit setting. Candidates must have managerial experience, a bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license, MAP certification or willingness to obtain, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a group home.
• Experience working with Individuals with ID/DD.
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; related experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass Fingerprint background check, CORI, DPPC and Driving background checks.
• Valid Driver's License required
• Valid MAP certification, or willing to get certified within 3 months of employment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise staffing: scheduling, on-call, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement ISPs, coordinate medical appointments, and conduct reviews.
• Administer medication administration documentation and safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily living activities and teach social, financial, and personal routines.
• Maintain family, guardian, and agency liaison communications.
• Ensure safety, emergency procedures, and incident reporting.
• Handle administrative duties including payroll, manuals, and petty cash.
