Aspire Living & Learning in Massachusetts seeks a Residential Program Manager to oversee daily group-home operations for adults with developmental disabilities. You will mentor staff, ensure clinical support, and maintain regulatory compliance while managing schedules and trainings.

The role requires a high school diploma/GED, disability-support experience, strong communication, and a valid driver's license. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Therap a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Mentor, develop and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff.
• Ensure adherence to DDS, funding agency and state regulations; manage staffing schedules.
• Assist with writing clinical assessments and ISP assessments; on-call responsibilities.
• Assist and instruct individuals in IP; administer medication when required.
• Provide in-house and agency training and consultation services; budget adherence.
• Assist residents with daily living skills and behavioral/habilitative plans.
• Collaborate with People Team to plan corrective action when necessary.
