Arbor Associates in Waterbury/Wolcott, CT is seeking a Program Manager to lead an Adult Residential Program. The role emphasizes coaching staff and ensuring smooth program operations with a people-first approach.

Responsibilities include supervising direct support staff, managing staffing schedules, overseeing resident goals and medications, maintaining regulatory compliance, and serving on a rotating on-call schedule. Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, with flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach direct support staff, including training, observation, performance feedback, and recommending corrective action when needed.
• Build and maintain staffing schedules, approve time-off requests, and review payroll and mileage documentation.
• Oversee daily operations of a residential program, including resident goals and supports, medications, medical appointments, documentation audits, and household finances.
• Keep the program compliant with DDS regulations, licensing requirements, and safety inspections, including fire drills and home and vehicle checks.
• Take your turn on the rotating on-call schedule as the on-call leader for issues that arise off shift, and provide direct care or coverage when needed.
