• Build and maintain staffing schedules, approve time-off requests, and review payroll and mileage documentation.
• Oversee daily operations of a residential program, including resident goals and supports, medications, medical appointments, documentation audits, and household finances.
• Keep the program compliant with DDS regulations, licensing requirements, and safety inspections, including fire drills and home and vehicle checks.
• Take your turn on the rotating on-call schedule as the on-call leader for issues that arise off shift, and provide direct care or coverage when needed.

Salary Range (Hourly): $28.00 per hour $33.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM, with flexibility to adjust hours as the program needs
